AxisED stores account details, CV uploads, interview answers, simulation responses, admin comments, observation notes, calendar events, and uploaded resources for educator development and school leadership purposes.

Access is role based. Admin controls what teachers can see, including module visibility and released observation reports. CVs and private notes should only be used for recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and school administration.
